HAHAHAHA. I'm gonna be bias and introduce this drama. Nah. I'm not bias like Angeline. (Shhh..)

Yuuki Kai (Tsumabuki) is a senior at a university studying social welfare psychology and trying to find a job. One day, he encounters a girl, Hagio Sae (Shibasaki), playing the violin, and becomes intrigued. He eventually discovers that she has lost her hearing, and can now only communicate using Japanese Sign Language. Before they reveal what they think about each other, Sae and Kai must overcome a lot of barriers. They both become stronger along the way. They discover who they want to be in their lives.

See! The plot sounds soo nice already right. It doesn't hurt to have numerous eye candies in this show too. There's Satoshi, the photography guy, the more mature piano guy for a few episodes and there plus plus that Satoshi "love rival" of his ex. And that blonde guy from Nodame. Hoho. And there are pretty ladies like the leading lady. So yeah. The acting is really superb and I'm not being bias. But the deaf girl really stands out and what's more they act without dialogue and just with hand signs only, if you ask me I think it's even more difficult to act without dialogue and using hand signs to express yourself. By the end of the drama, you will realise that you learn a bit of sign language too. Ultra cool desu neh. There is the musical element too and she plays Arabesque at the piano exam. And that is a nice song desu yo. Plus the ending song is nice too. Wahahahahahahaha. It's just this really touching drama. I weeped a little when Hagio talked about her feelings of being a person who is deaf and being shut out from the world and different from others.
PS: Satoshi is a psychology student. =)
